Bluecrest Rentals is a St. Louis-based vehicle rental company serving rideshare and gig economy drivers. They provide affordable weekly and monthly vehicle rentals to drivers who need reliable transportation to earn on platforms like Uber, Lyft, and DoorDash. As their fleet and driver base grew, their operational infrastructure could not keep pace.
Managing a growing fleet of rental vehicles with manual processes was becoming unsustainable. Driver tracking, payment collection, maintenance scheduling, compliance documentation, and day-to-day communications were all handled via spreadsheets and phone calls. Every new vehicle added to the fleet multiplied the administrative burden. There was no single source of truth, no automated workflows, and no visibility into real-time fleet status. Scaling was impossible without a fundamental change in how the operation ran.
