Michai Media ("we," "us," or "our") operates Pulse (pulsedriver.app), a gig economy optimizer tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website and join our waitlist.

• Email address -- provided when you sign up for our waitlist or early access list.

Information Collected Automatically

• Timezone -- detected via your browser to help us understand regional interest and deliver relevant launch notifications.
• Basic analytics data -- such as page views and referral source, collected through standard web server logs.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, location data, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To add you to the Pulse waitlist and notify you when the product launches in your area.
• To send occasional product updates related to Pulse (no more than a few emails before launch).
• To understand aggregate geographic interest in Pulse across different regions.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your email address to third parties. We will never send you unrelated marketing or spam.

3. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate our website:

We do not use any other third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services on the Pulse website.

4. Cookies

The Pulse website does not set any cookies directly. Google Fonts may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies when fonts are loaded from their servers. We have no control over these third-party cookies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your email address and timezone data are stored in Supabase, a US-hosted database platform with industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as it is needed for the waitlist and product launch communications. If Pulse does not launch within 24 months of your signup, we will delete your information unless you opt in to continued communications. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Unsubscribe -- every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. Click it to stop receiving communications.
• Data deletion -- you may request that we delete your email address and all associated data by emailing support@michaimedia.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
• Data access -- you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the email above.
• Correction -- you may request that we correct any inaccurate information we hold about you.

8. GDPR (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Our legal basis for processing your email address is consent, which you provide when you submit the waitlist form.
• You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
