These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pulse website (pulsedriver.app) and any related services operated by Michai Media ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Pulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Pulse is a gig economy optimizer tool designed to help gig workers (delivery drivers, rideshare drivers, couriers) identify the highest-paying opportunities across multiple platforms in real time. Pulse analyzes surge pricing, local events, weather, transit data, and other signals to provide actionable intelligence.
Pulse is currently in pre-launch / waitlist phase. By signing up, you are joining the waitlist for early access. The full product has not yet been released, and features described on the website represent planned functionality that may change before launch.
By submitting your email address to join the Pulse waitlist, or by otherwise using the Pulse website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Pulse or join the waitlist. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
When using Pulse, you agree to:
Earnings estimates, projections, and comparisons displayed on the Pulse website or within the product are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Actual gig earnings depend on many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: your location, the time you drive, platform-specific policies, local demand, competition, vehicle expenses, and your individual work habits. Pulse provides data-driven recommendations, but we make no warranties or guarantees regarding your potential earnings.
Any testimonials, case studies, or example figures shown on the website represent individual results and should not be interpreted as typical outcomes. Past performance of gig platforms does not guarantee future earnings.
All content on the Pulse website -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations, and the design and layout of the site -- is the property of Michai Media and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The Pulse name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of Michai Media. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Pulse website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site.
Pulse references and analyzes data from third-party gig economy platforms (such as DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, Instacart, and others). Pulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. All third-party trademarks and brand names mentioned on the Pulse website are the property of their respective owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michai Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Pulse, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to Pulse shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
Pulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michai Media, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of Pulse, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pulse at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time by unsubscribing from the waitlist or by contacting us at support@michaimedia.com.
Upon termination, your right to use Pulse ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Limitation of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Pulse shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Michai Media regarding your use of Pulse and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
